Water Poem by Matthew Collins

Water

I am great
I twist and turn
I fall then splash
And toss and churn

all will need me
and all will use me
some stare with awe
while others abuse me

I am fading from this earth
gallon by gallon
all to help
the beautiful world

these are my last needs
treasure them so
break the dams
and shatter the walls
let me flow free
and spread life to all
