Clear, unclear
Blue, gray and green
Sweet, yet not so sweet
Life, death and all in between

Soft and hard,
Cold and warm
Contradictory bundle of contradictions

So strong and yet so gentle
So destructive, yet life-giving
Hail ye creation’s sustainer

Soul’s essence
Heart’s laughter
Pure yet impure water
I will go back into the womb I came from
I will go back into the ocean
And then I will be one with you
Hail ye, elemental water
