Water Meadow Poem by Gary Trevor Barton

Water Meadow

Lapping at the bank,
My heart gives thanks,
Seeing sunlight's reflected glow
off a calming, gentle flow. Moves by, through green
grass and trees
Nature expressing ease,
to its end and it shall go,
relaxing wet and slow.
