Free flowing, ever moving motion in life,
Moments of stillness that calm.
The rhythm of the waters descent,
Is like the vibration of a small buzz bomb.

Life gets entangled in times of disorder,
But the pull of the current frees all.
It can be bitter cold or hot spring warm,
And it continues on to its final port call.

Flowing free, with few distractions,
Finding peace along the way.
The smooth but rapid current,
Reflects life to this very day.

Capture and understand the path it takes
Watch as it touches our life's crease,
step into the water of wisdom,
And experience absolute peace.
