Ways To Fall Asleep
The number one thing to do is first get comfortable.
Then fix your bed to how you like to sleep
When that is accomplished relax your mind, body and soul.
If you like to sing the first thing you could try is sing yourself to sleep
If you like to dance replay your routine over and over again till your mind gets bored then you’ll drift into sleep
If you like to read replay the chapters you read into a little movie to relax, then you would get tired
If you like to play an instrument play your favorite song in your mind without imagining yourself playing it. If you begin to think that then you might wake up and excite your self more.
My final advice is to count sheep. I do that every night to fall asleep faster, but you mustn’t stop counting because then you would mess up the technique
