Weeping Willow Poem by Jackie Kirby

Weeping Willow

Rating: 3.0

Beneath the weeping willow
on a cold winters night
She lays in the snow with
tear filled eyes.
The wolves are howling
moon is full.
Said that he loved her with
all his heart
Then tore her world apart.
He use, deceived, betrayed
herlove.
Blinded by love.She didn't
see his cheating ways
All the words he spoke
were all lies to her heart
Beneath the weeping willow
on a cold winters night.
She laid with tear filled
eyes an a broken heart.
As the tears run dry an
emptiness fills her eyes.
Beneath the weeping willow
on a cold winters night.
Her heart turn cold.
Never to trust are love
again.
