Weightless Burden Poem by carlo sangutan

Weightless Burden

Rating: 5.0

A single thunder's kiss,
Must I endure this?
Heavy, a cross to bring,
Gloomy as strong rain came.

Dazzling light glanced at me,
To track onto the source would be,
A candle ignited the nimbus.
Rejoice! A sunshine to cause.

More problems on us may collide,
Causing our great hopes to slide;
When rolling and walking astride,
Try to think to defeat 'red tide'.
