Welcome New Year 2014

So quickly the year 2013
Passed by and helplessly
Seeing it go, here I sigh.
It has left beautiful dreams
In my eyes so high
How can I say goodbye?
Difficult to get detached
Don’t know why?

Sweet 2013 gave me so
Many beautiful moments with
Proud achievements.
There were some unpleasant
Moments which did add worries.
Its part of life and gradually
got used to those melancholic stories.

Year 2013 You will be locked
In my memories
Let me be not selfish and
Be possessive about you.
Will not ask unnecessary queries.
You may go now dear as you have
Taught me to accept the reality
That Nothing is permanent
So why worry or feel guilty?

Welcome dear 2014.
Happy to Welcome you.
I am sure you will bring
great joy, contentment and peace.
You will add new and true friends indeed.
Hoping to meet them soon.
They are real gifted boon.

I welcome them too
With you dear Year 2014.
With Cheers and
all happiness in the air
Floating and bloating.
