Werewolves Poem by Anahita Moien

Werewolves

Once a full moon
We all pack our souls
And let it go
Siren yellow eyes
Searching for a way swoon
Over little white lies
About what we're hiding, too
Once a blue moon
We all gather
To watch witches burn
Breaking their hearts
And crashing their bones
Leaving some marks
And counting their wounds
