when you look at me,
what do you see?
do you see me,
or just some girl?
when you look at my smile,
do you see a real one,
or just me faking one?
when you look at my face,
do you see a happy, laughing face,
or a depressed one, hiding it?
when you look at my body,
do you see my beautiful skin,
or just all of my ugly scars?
when you look into my eyes,
do you see my sparkling eyes,
or me holding back all the tears?
when you look into my heart,
do you see a healthy, pumping heart,
or a broken, just barley pumping one?
when you look into my soul,
do you see a soul filled with joy and love,
or an empty soul?
be honest, just tell me,
what you really see,
when you look at me.
