What (I) Do (I) Become? Poem by Leon Moon

What (I) Do (I) Become?

I've seen these faces a thousand times before

Where, I'm not ever really sure

But they keep moving forward

Don't ever really know what for

Well, I haven't been keeping in touch

Cos every time I call you up and tell you I need Your love, you find a new way to fade away

Without ever hanging up

What Do I Become

What I Do Become

What Do I Become

What I Do Become

Rivulets in the desert carve wrinkles under the sun, now you're getting old, you've barely begun, so don't shatter under the reflection

Denying your dreams through sense just

Break through the essence confining you to rest in the established receiver, I hear ya -

A choice we made long ago to be here...

The secret of dawn only you can know

Only you can know

Th secret to dawn only you can know

Only you can know

What Do I Become

What I Do Become

What Do I Become

What I Do Become

I've seen these faces a thousand times before

Where, I'm not ever really sure

I'm not ever really sure

Well, I haven't been keeping in touch

Cos every time I call and tell you I need ya love

You find a new way to fade away

Without ever hanging up

The secret of dawn only you can know

Only you can know

Th secret to dawn only you can know

Only you can know

What Do I Become

What I Do Become

What Do I Become

What I Do Become
