I've held to much
inside I am being
eaten alive.

I've wronged everyone
so, that I'm ashamed
to even be known.

I lie by the day
to what's really going
on with me, all I want
to do is just scream.

No one can take away
all of what I did nor
would I want them
to for they'd just
end up like me.

To everyone out there
who has gotten to know
me just please never do
what he or she have done
to me and maybe just
maybe some of my sanity
will come back to me.
