What If - Poem by nicole polhill

what if the sky wasnt blue
what if the grass wasnt green
what if the flowers didnt smell
the world didnt spin

what if we were the only two people
on the planet
me and you
what would we do

what if...
what if there was no such thing as
laughter
what if there was no such thing as
sadness
what if there was no such thing as
love
then what would we have

what if...
what if there were no boys
or girls
just...its

what if there was no one
no one at all
just the open air

what if...
what would we do
would we live
or
would we die

what if...

(first poem i ever wrote...i know it sucks.)
