Everyday I wonder, What if I did things different?
How would have it turned out?
Would we still be together, without a reasonable doubt?
I wish things were back to the way they were, PERFECT in my perspective.
But there was a side to you I failed to see, that made your imperfection.
I didn’t let it get to me, I wanted to accept it ALL,
But you made the decision to let me go even though it wasn’t my fault.
Now i'm stuck with memories, that seem to fail to fade,
My heart sinks to my stomach every time I even hear you name.
Everything reminds me of you, I just wonder what could have been
And everyday I wonder, what if I did things different
