What Is It? - Poem by Quiana Souder

What is it?
That makes you hurt me so.
Do you wish that I would go.
How am I?
Supposed to respect you.
Knowing all the things that you do.
Can you?
Stop telling me lies.
I know every things not going to be alright.
Do you?
Ever stop to wonder why.
Why I sit in my room and just cry.
Make me!
Go to a home.
One I've never even known.
Tell me!
That you wish I would vanish.
But when I don't come home you panic.
Spare me!
My ears don't want to listen.
To all the words you keep on twisting.
Shut up!
You never have anything good to say.
When I see you, you ruin my day.
What is it?
About me that you don't like.
I am your child!
You gave me life!
