Love is a simple word
with multiple dimensions
It is often overlooked
and lacks the needed attention
Want it, need it
Starve it, feed it
It either grows inside
or is diminished by pride
No one notices
the missing bit
That continues to build up
unwilling to commit
Your dreams uplift its power
and make it into an ideal matter
Only to watch it fall
hit the ground and completely shatter
But when one finds
the meaning of true love
The feeling explodes
into an entrancement thereof
Your life begins to consist
of more than your own being
and through someone else's eyes
you begin seeing
Seeing a world that is built
of two different souls
Creating a unity
that can merge each other's goals
Touch it, hold it
shape it, mold it
Make it into a life-changing
spirit exchanging
experience that will give your life
a reason to begin rearranging
If you can feel the might
of love with meaning
You can fully understand
that love which you've been dreaming
So if you really want the love
that you have hoped for
Maybe you should free your true feelings
letting them explore
and then every life that it touches
feels like something more
