What is this I feel
As I am on my feet and kneel
Will she consider my appeal
Or is there in my life upheaval?

Will a chorus of angels sing
and good tidings bring?
Will a hundred trumpets blow
Or will my life now go slow?

Will a bluebird sing
When she my message brings
What is this thrill
When I am over the hill?

Oh! Can't you see
What bliss it will be
When my true love will agree
To live with me by the sea?

She may dilly-dally
bide time with Sam n Sally
But I know eventually
She n I will be more than just pally

What is this I feel
Will I rollover and keel
If she refuses my seal
Shall not my love her feelings reveal?

Ah! But she said yes

True love you cannot supress
Together our life is blessings countless!
