What Name Poem by richard shekari

What Name

WHAT NAME
She falls asleep
away she falls so deep
the key to her heart he seeks
A song he hears when her heart beats
********
on a hot rock up the mountains he stands and stares
through the thick cloud curtains he peeps,
her name he rustled
But she cannot hear his voice nor can she smell his being
For lost in her dream she is,
A rope to the clouds he threw
But it slips so his heart it brewed,
Like a star at night she twinkles
not a fruit for he would have plugged,
Her wet lips he thirst
but fantasy he tastes
Her hips he longed to place his rigid hands
********
a dark and mysterious wind blew him off
'let me help place your feet on the reflection of illusion''
says the dark and mysterious wind,
when he meets her
he stays up in the dead of the night
listening to the sound of her breath,
his lips are sealed as he tries to kiss her,
his jaws cannot move,
his heart groans her name
he tries to shut his heart from talking too loud
strangled it he almost did
gasping for air to breathe,
he hears her utter a word in her sleep,
his name he thought she whispered
he moved his ears closer to hear,
that word she uttered again louder
but his heart the word it weakened
it snowed in his heart in an instant,
frozen his gaze become,
for the word his ears picked
once put a thousand lions to sleep!
