What Price Freedom Poem by Eva Wilson

Freedom is a God given gift to all people.
Yet it doesn't come cheap.
It has its responsibilities.
It means obeying the laws of God and man,
in that order.
It means laying down your life for your
country, if need be.
It is only when man misuses it and makes
it a free for all to get their own way, that
it becomes meaningless.
Is our country still the land of the free
and the home of the brave?
Pray to God it still can be.
