What Really Life Is?

‘Life’- sounds like a very simple word,
which can’t be understood by a nerd.
To be happy in life we need good reasons
As it has many seasons.

Autumn comes before the rest,
It is when we are sad and depressed.
We are all alone in our despondency,
We’re as disheartened as the branches separating from its tree.

Then comes the rain,
And because all our efforts were in vain,
We cry, we shed our tears
But we don’t realize that God is just testing our fears.

Among all this, comes Summer and Winter,
Where we may either become a winner or a quitter.
We face all sorts of ups and downs,
And sometimes end up with a perpetual frown.

Last but not the least, comes the Spring season,
When we have plentiful reasons
To be happy and excited for endless hours
Like the pretty blossomed Spring flowers.

Oh! Good times never seem so good
And they are often misunderstood.

Then again comes autumn,
And our hearts sink to the bottom.
But this is the rule of nature,
And we’re just a helpless creature.

But like Shelley, I would like to remind
You that- “If Winter comes, can Spring be far behind? ”
