What Then? Poem by Javier Abarca

What Then?

Worry is the voice of fear
in a body built to fly,
a storm that gathers in your chest
each time you aim too high.

But what if worry's just the gate
to something wild and true?
A trembling hint that greatness waits
on the other side of you.

So when it whispers, What if I fall?
you answer, What then? I rise.
Because if it wasn't worth the leap,
it wouldn't shake your skies.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Just wanted to drop this here! Life can get so tough, and we start to worry and overthink, even when the universe is working behind the scenes to set things up for us. Let's take a moment to ask, 'What then? ' If the business doesn't work out, what happens next? Will we die? No! Will we be dragged around the city or put on the news? Definitely not! The worst that'll happen is we go back to the drawing board, learn from the failure, and come back better and more experienced. Sending you loads of love, and please know, we've got you! '
