What you want, it's all up to you
A simple phrase, yet so hard to pursue
Desires and dreams, they dance in your mind
And in this world, they're so hard to find
Do what you want, don't let fear hold you back
It's time to break free from the chains and the shackles
For when you have a dream, a vision, a goal
You can't let anyone stop you, not even your own soul
Remember who you really are
A warrior, a fighter, a shining star
Your heart is your compass, your soul is your guide
Don't let the world's pressures make you hide
Your journey may be tough, and obstacles may arise
But don't give up, don't believe the lies
For every heart in your hands, like a pale reflection
Is a part of you, a piece of your perfection
Hello, hello, remember me?
I'm your inner voice, your true identity
I'm everything you can't control
But I'll guide you, protect you, and make you whole
Somewhere beyond the pain, there's a way
To believe in yourself, to find your own say
Do what you want, don't lay your life down
For it's not over, until you reach your crown
Every hour slipping by, it may scream that you've failed
But that's just a test, your strength will prevail
Close your eyes, there's still time
Love will guide you home, it's the ultimate climb
Tear down the walls, and free your soul
Don't be afraid, embrace the unknown
For what you want, it's within your reach
Just believe, have faith, and take the leap
Hello, hello, it's only me
Infecting everything you love, setting you free
Somewhere beyond the pain, there's a way to believe
In forgiveness, in love, in all you can achieve
Remember who you really are
A warrior, a fighter, a shining star
Do what you want, never lose sight
For it's your life, your journey, your ultimate flight
So let go of your doubts, your fears, your doubts
And spread your wings, let your soul shout
For in this world, you have a purpose, a role
And you'll find it, if you just do what you want, and never lose control.
