When I Look At The Light Poem by Max D. Hornbogen

When I look at the light it reminds me of the times that we had

You are my shining light that guides me to you...but you know I will always love you.
No matter where I go, I will always be thinking of you...so your the light that gives me the chill.

Why can't I see you, I know your standing there somewhere...deep inside of my heart I know your there

Their are moments that I wish that you were here with me...just even to be with you would make my day.
But I will see you again, when the time will come.

So for now, I will live my life and see many roads ahead of me...even the way I walk you'll be walking too.
We will stare at that sun set until it goes down...that sight was everything to me.

Now I know, that you were there with me...just staring at that setting sun.
