When I loved
Never was I so happy
Blessed in so many ways
For there was no one like him
He was one of a kind

Each moment was special
I cherished it day after day
Was hoping it'd be forever
For to me he was perfect
I loved him for who he was

Times were so precious
Whenever I was with him
Everything was frozen in a moment
Leaving me so in awe

Was it fate or chance?
That I will never know
Because with him
Life was so amazing
So enchanting, so beautiful

When I loved
All was right with the world
Not a day, did I doubt
For I had the love of my life

I awoke today
Thinking to myself, was it worth it?
Answer was yes in so many ways
Because one thing, I know for sure
I'd do it all over again, in a heart beat
Because I love him ever so true

Not in a million years
Would I have guessed id find him
The one who changed my world
Turning it upside down

When I loved, I was blessed
Because I found the love of my life
The one I won't ever forget
For life was so amazing
