When I See You - Poem by Elizabeth Clement
When I see you,
all my dreams come true,
Because seeing you is all my dreams.
When I see you,
my breathe catches in my throat,
Because you just so perfect.
When I see you,
I want to make you happy,
Because I like seeing you smile.
When I see you,
I’m tempted to change everything about me
to make you like me even a little bit.
When I see you,
I fall in love,
With the guy who doesn’t know
what happens when I see him.
