When I wish a wish,
I hope a hope,
That no one knows,
Not even a pope,

But then I think,
There is someone,
He is my God,
He is the One,

For you,
And me,
You will,
Soon see,

Because when I wish a wish,
I hope a hope,
That only One knows,
He is my safety rope,

I know,
That He,
Is out there,
Watching me,

He’s watching,
You,
Like me,
Too,

Though when I wish a wish,
I hope a hope,
That God will love me,
And He will never say nope!
