Turbulent waters seem silenced,
In the sulken dusk's mesmerizing,
Heaving are the folding dusts of cheers,
Below the arch where the sun also rises.
The feat of turbulence remaineth,
In the sands that seedeth gloom,
Away from the worms of flame still a-glaring,
Casting down their strengthened soles,
By course of their discomforted souls.
Forgotten heavens blinketh,
The angels do lark,
Thundering message ogres bringeth,
Shall further no more.
And so, the noble of hearts;
With heads like steepened rock,
Deflecting true their quietened certitude,
And so, not so long ago,
Doves meet too.
