When You Look At Me - Poem by Rex mayor Ubini

When you look at me
please pause your psyche.
See me simply, simply,
like a perfect mirror sees me,
without adding extra
colour or effect to my appearance.
If I look good, tell me I’m a charmer.
If I look like a crone,
check if I resemble your grandma.
Whatever, I know I’m not alone.
