When you sit to meditate,
thoughts will flush into
your mind and will disturb u.
Do not try to push away these thoughts.
Look at these thoughts simply
till you come to realise
and recognize all these thoughts.
Accept all these thoughts
as if a bird sitting
on a branch on a tree
near a river, looks
at the flowing water.
You are the bird
and the flowing water
are your thoughts.
You watch your thoughts
as a third person
without involving in
your own thoughts.
Do not react refusing
or declining them.
slowly you will understand
that you come to peace.
