When Your Rock Crumbles Poem by Erica J Norman

When Your Rock Crumbles

I sit here and think,
My heart burning,
And turning to ash,
I put pen to paper,
but the words disperse,
Forever confused,
a friend suprises you,
but nothing she can do,
can ever erase you.

I don't love you,
but prehaps i do,
My minds become sticky,
and it's stuck,
stuck on you.

There's no phrase how i can explain,
So i'll just be plain,
You've hurt me,
Stung me like a killer bee,
but friends,
Friends forever?
How can we be?
When you knew you were hurting me,
but still you just couldn't resist,
the taste of his single kiss.
