When I saw her
Hesitated I to ask,
But dared to ask,
'Where are you from? ',
To which
Replied she,
'I am from Darjeeling, Kalimpong'
And hearing it,
The mind dwelt it far
Into the mountains
Stretching to the north-east
And beyond
In search of those
Unseen domains and territories
And their geographies, boundaries,
Cultures, weather conditions,
Languages, habits, diets and clothing
Which know I not.
