Where I Come From Poem by Akashdeep Nair

Where I Come From

Rating: 5.0

I Am From The Busy Streets,
From Wind Lashed Cheeks,
I Am From The Late Night Supper,
From The Last Run Of THat Cricket Game.

I Am From THe Wind That Never Halts,
From The Stream That Always Flows,
I am From The Flower Planted In Your Garden,
From THe Stars That Always Tinkles.

I Am From The Spice and The Diversity,
From the Cars That Block Your Way,
I Am From The Fused Street Lamp,
From THe Hope That Never Sleeps.

I Am From THe Juice in That Lemon,
From The Over Rated Meaning Of Love,
I Am From THe DReam that is Still Unfinished,
From The Clock That Never Dies.

I am From The Overused button on Your Phone,
From THe Sandals Without a Heel,
I Am From The ' Jai Ho '! ,
From THe Homes Without a Roof.

I Am From THe Blue Colour Of The Sky,
From The 'Yes' That Follows a 'No',
I Am From The Picture Under Your Pillow,
From The Night That Never Grows Old.

I Am The Beginning Of The End,
I AM WHAT I AM \m/
