im from the hot dessert
the stones caught on fire by the sun
fromt he mesquite trees to the horny toad lizards
who squirt blood form their eyes
like a man eating a jelly filled donut squirting on his shirt
im from the cloudless sky
and scorching sun
people wither from the heat
but i dont.
