Where Is She Now? Poem by Joyce Hemsley

Where Is She Now?

Rating: 4.5

A cute smile for his teacher
Such a sweet adorable lady!
He could not help the way he felt
On a bright and sunny May day.

A pink blush for the teacher
And a smile she soon returned.
He could not help the way he craved
All night and day he yearned.

She was so young and vital
He seemed older than his years.
They knew too well their foolishness
As leaving day drew near.

Where is she now? He pondered,
As the months went passing by,
But it was just a normal teenage crush
That disappeared with time.
