Where Is The Reason Poem by Riya Gangwar

Where Is The Reason

I would have summoned the world in order to repent,
And dilute these vile ongoing acts of meaningless sin,
But I only stand alone on the other side of the rain,
Sealed into the scripts longing to forgo social shame,
A sudden insight on the welcomed taste of common memories,
Leaving me with a heavy sigh crowned in a bleak smile,
These forgotten slaves of surety left withi the ashes of tyranny,
Brings a shattered interest to an interest in their claims of denial,
However deep within the matter of this feather coated lead,
Rather it is a dream or a test seeking to cure life's mistakes,
I question do we dwell in clamor after our delayed rest?
For the answer is only to be known if we are really awake,
