Where Is The Sun Today? Poem by Margaret M. Ryder

Where Is The Sun Today?

Rating: 3.5

Darkness engulfed the sun today,
as the joy is stolen from the day,
clouds thunder showing no rain,
as the grip tightens on the flame; Captured the brightness fades,
drowning on the sorrow within,
gasping for life, nestled there,
where is the sun today?
There's no rain!
