Where's The Beach? Poem by Akaya Yaway

Where's The Beach?

The walls are low - so there's no need to slouch,
you'll be able to sit comfortably.
We won't be on the wall long - we plan to head to the beach.
there's a fire down below the ground where we can watch the waves bright and lighted,
annual biology which astounds those whom wish to be astounded.

We take in the mere existentialism of the moment,
aware that we are - solely because we are.
And this occurrence is natural
Reciting poetry years later,
moments are long gone by the time we can apply words.
And this occurrence is natural as well.
