I often dive deep into the ocean of my thought
to find pearls to glint on the page that's here I art
since my emotion sizzles with my every brush stroke
with dripping tears that's hazy within the wintry smoke
in the maze of the hues how pretty is her look
that shakes my soul like the reed beside the brook
her eyes shine like naked stars in the far obsidian sky
but quite nearer to me here and within my heart she doth lie
I often search in the maze of words what her rosy lips told
as her sultry tongue once on my body like a serpent rolled
while her warm breath fuelled to the hearth of my passion
but there I was lying like the king of chess in my lost bastion
even from this still painting the balmy breeze of love blows
and lilts a sweet symphony and like a perennial spring it flows.
