Whisper... Poem by Teresa Dearing

Whisper...

Whisper darling,
Tell me dear,
All the things,
I long to hear.

Tell me of your
Love so true,
That you'll never,
Make me blue.

In the dark,
Of the coldest night,
Let your love,
With me take flight.

Tell me darling,
Tell me dear,
I am the love,
You hold so near.

Look at me,
With eyes so kind,
For surely love,
Doth make us blind.

As day breaks,
Over head,
Tell me dear,
I've naught to dread.

Let us guard
Each others back,
And make us whole,
For what we lack.

Whisper darling,
Tell me dear,
Our love will last,
Forever, and a year.

Tell me I'm
The fairest rose,
And to you my heart,
Will never close.

Love my body,
Soul, and mind,
Spanning all,
Our lives and time.

And when our days,
Are drawing nigh,
Of our love,
We'll talk and sigh.

Together time,
Pasts so fast,
Apart the secounds,
Seem to last.

So hold me tight,
And whisper dear,
Tell me I have,
Naught to fear.

Whisper Darling, in my ear,
Come closer Love,
I want to hear,
Your,
Whisper...
