Whispers In The Air Poem by Cath Harrington

Whispers In The Air

True love whispers through the air of a late summer breeze,
A reminder to where we have been, what we know to be true,
Distance separates but never the heart,
What I felt was real and warm inside,
Something I can not forget.

A sign I hear reminds me of you,
of what I had thought I had lost,
but your still here, within my heart so deep.
I've tried so hard to forget the way you made me feel.
