Whispers Of Distant Love Poem by Adarsh Verma

Whispers Of Distant Love

Far to the distant star,
A love surreptitious grows,
Tracing to the beloved afar
Results in the dark crows.

Where the flowers go,
Tracing your fragrance,
The depth becomes a scar,
Looking at you from afar.

Peering into the future,
Seeking for the redemption, but
The thought of blanking out
Ignites a fear to cry out.

I'm lost in the depth of pessimism;
Now, the moon is my only optimism.
Scripting the way stories end,
Now I realize it had never begun.

Have you ever wondered
Why there's so much blunder
In the world of trial?
We are torn asunder.

In this obnoxious realm of life,
Death being true --> life a lie,
I desire to take you, my love,
To the end of the infinite.
