Who Am I Living For?

who am i living for
my friends, my family, myself
who am i living for

i cant figure it out
life passes me by without a second chance
without a hint. a clue, a whisper

are my friends really my friends?
to help me when im lost
and when i fake a smile

life just cant get it
love doesnt get it
people just dont get it

laugh, live, love
what does that mean?
do you really understand?

a day without a nice gesture
a day without someone
a day without love, isnt a day at all

mean people need nice people
nice people need mean people
the world is better off on a balance scale

so who am i living for?
tell me if i cant tell myself
life isnt a game, its a real thing

I loved this one, wonderful ideas and it sounds very nice when you read it. I often wonder many of the same things, they provoke ideas.
