Who Can Tell Me Where Love Is? Poem by Valentin Gabriel Cristea

Who Can Tell Me Where Love Is?

Extinguished sound I try to listen
the thought calls me secretly to you
tears flow to me slowly on the cheeks
is it the song that comes from you?

The hope runs sprightly through fruit tree
ruby of pain flows on the leaves
hubbub of sparrows involves me on the plain
does my love hide itself under the flowers of crystal?

Wavy pines bend the forhead of purple
red dusk dies slowly out on the blue breaker
forests in ecstasy sink in the deep azure
I straighten myself to the dew from clouds to find my love.
