Who'Ll Just Sit There

Sitting watching the world go by
Tides flowing in and out
While sinful souls, live and then die
Ignorant what life's about

Lost! unaware of the reason
The happenings around
Whilst striving, living a season
On Heaven's testing ground

Who will succeed, triumph, prevail?
Life's living truth, perceive?
Who reading this will surely fail
Refusing to believe

There's a God truly, everywhere!
Perfect, omnipotent, wise
Life eternal, willing to share
As kings beyond Paradise

But devils are also thriving
Stealthy slyly close by
Distracting, tempting, conniving
Christ Jesus to deny

Hell's not imagination
Be not the devil's fool
Be like saints, from every nation
Obey life's golden rule

Turn your back on sin and shame now
Resist devils! be free
Before Jesus faithfully bow
Beneath Salvation's tree

Be free of guilt, of spot, of stain
Receive God's Promise true
By grace, in love, be born-again
Eternity in view.....
