Little Child
Do you know He who has made thee
Has the might over you to unmake?
Can’t He who created you free and comely
All your beauty and liberty revoke?

Little Child
He who has made you great and magnificent
Surely can mar you in a wink
Everywhere He is the Alpha and Omega—the omniscient
Unmakes all who vain of Him think

Little Child
He most desires you always to do His will
In every undertaking endeavour to keep Him first
All who when persecuted are courageous and still
Are those who serve Him best!
