Who Will Be There? Poem by Vince Arvy Madarang

Who Will Be There?

When my heart wants to rest,
When nothing my heart needs but warmth
Or when my mind sorrow sinks,
Who will be there?

When in roads alone I walk,
When caught in an island wide
Or when my soul desolation drowns,
Who will be there?

If yearn for sunnup I dismay,
If black tears in darkness I cry
Or if lives my heart with same that took my life,
Who will be there?

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
