Why Can'T I - Poem by Victoria Sypniewski

Why can't I tell you what you mean to me
That you're the light of my life
You make everything seem right
Even when I'm broken
And my world is wrong
One look in your eyes
It helps me realize where I belong
Baby when I smile I always hope you're there
Looking, watching, falling for me too
Without a care
When I'm scared and lost
And nothing's right
I know you'll stick by my side
Help me put up a fight
As I note
As amazing as it seems
I can't seem to tell you
That you're always in my dreams
