Why do birds whisper your name
Why music I hear when it starts to rain

Why do flowers glow brighter each day
Why do butterflies wed with sunrays

Why does the sun with the moon flirt
Why do I feel your scent on my shirt

Why do I smile when you cross my mind
And I wish to reach you for a moment in time

Why rainbows I see when you call my name
And a queen I feel of an ancient golden reign

Why all of a sudden I turned into a bard
When your tender love entered my heart
