I believe these people are either so miserable in there lives or just so arrogant. When I deal with these people sometimes you can sense there is a problem and even still i am really nice. This maybe may make them walk out thinking more positives. If people are rude to me then i will let them know nicely. But hang in there Steph because we all experience it.
