Why does age have to matter.
What can't we choose for ourselves?
What's appropriete and what is not.
Why can't we just pick for ourselves?

We may choose wrong.
Or you might not agree.
But the fact is that theres.
A certain movie I'd like to see.

Rated R or above my age.
You refuse to let me go.
I can't even buy a ticket.
So whats the point of the show?

Than theres series.
That look really good.
And I'd watch them over and over.
If only I could.

But theres also a boy.
That that isn't one bit mean.
That I like alot.
But is age nineteen.

So tell me if I like all these great things.
Why I can't I have them and not have to hide?
Why do I have to watch them or see them.
Always behind a misguarded lie?
